The 3 Main Future Forms: Will/Going to/Present Continuous

English Futures: WILL vs GOING TO vs PRESENT CONTINUOUS

Learning when to use Will, Going to, and the Present Continuous with a future meaning can be particularly challenging, especially for Italian learners.  Many learners find themselves confused about which form to use in different situations, such as making instant decisions, discussing personal plans, or talking about mutual arrangements.
This module explores these differences and helps you understand how to use each form correctly, making it easier to express yourself naturally and confidently in English.

The module does not cover will and going to for predictions, but you can find a short module covering that in the B1 SURFACE Modules collection.

The interactive module, below, can be zoomed to fill the screen. If you are on a mobile phone, put it in landscape so the module fills your screen. The 30 Minute timer is for the Exit Quiz, not the Module.
